Age Tune products are non-returnable and non-refundable and Age Tune reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund. Yet, keeping to high regards as we constantly think of the comfort of our customer products are returned in cases of valid reasons enumerated in this policy.
Valid Reasons of Return:
- Delivered Product is damaged (physically destroyed or broken) / defective (dead on arrival).
- Delivered Product is incorrect (presentation different on website) / incomplete (missing parts).
- Delivered product is not similar product as of ordered products.
Conditions for Returns:
- Complain shall be notified immediately to our customer care at the no. +880 177 889 8629
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. If the product was delivered in a second layer of Age Tune packaging, it must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturers box
NOTE: It is important to print out and paste the return label on your return parcel to avoid any inconvenience/delay in process of your return.
Processing of Returns:
In case of returns due valid reason communicating through customer care we assure to replace products or refund with 7 working days.
